    Caroline has worked both within the school and industry environments promoting links to help with work experience programs, curriculum talks, careers advice and industry links. While working for a retail company in England, Caroline developed a strategy and training program enabling employees to engage with schools in their locality. Alongside this initiative, job descriptions, student and employee resources and evaluation were expanded for the work experience offered by the company. Caroline joined the team as a Career Transition Support Coordinator in March 2008 and became Executive Officer in January 2009.

    Kathleen has worked in a variety of industries including gaming technology, insurance and publishing. Over the years she has also developed a strong involvement in the local school and sporting community. Kathleen has been with HillsSIP since 2007 and has worked across the Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) and Career Advice Australia Initiative. She has now joined the Partnership Broker team and brings to the group extensive experience in the areas of training, marketing, communication and sales.

    Jane brings to the team at HillsSIP a strong business background spanning education, recruitment and training, marketing and accounting. Having spent some 15 years working with the education sector she will combine this with her business knowledge to develop sustainable partnerships against the  Youth Attainment and Transitions outcomes.

    Sharon has worked in the government and community sector for the last 20 years. Her formal background is in Social Work and she later completed a Masters in Community Management at the University of Technology (UTS) Sydney. Sharon initially started her career in working ‘hands on’ in respite and residential disability programs. She spent several years in local government working in community services specifically with young people, older people and people with disabilities. Sharon has worked in senior management roles in the non-profit sector over the last few years.
