    Caroline has worked both within the school and industry environments promoting links to help with work experience programs, curriculum talks, careers advice and industry links. While working for a retail company in England, Caroline developed a strategy and training program enabling employees to engage with schools in their locality. Alongside this initiative, job descriptions, student and employee resources and evaluation were expanded for the work experience offered by the company. Caroline joined the team as a Career Transition Support Coordinator in March 2008 and became Executive Officer in January 2009.

    Kathleen has worked in a variety of industries including gaming technology, insurance and publishing. Over the years she has also developed a strong involvement in the local school and sporting community. Kathleen is using her training, communication and sales skills to further develop the Structured Workplace Learning program.

    Peter has spent 10 years in group training, working with students and apprentices, principally, in commercial cookery and hospitality. Prior to group training he had experience across the recruitment and employment services. Peter has been with HillsSIP for 2 years. He has enjoyed working with local businesses and high schools helping students with their career choices. The most pleasant aspect of his work has been the constant reminder of the untapped capabilities of our young people.

    Donna Moulds has experience in many areas of Youth work at the grassroots level including drop in centres and supported employment for young people with intellectual disabilities. Most recently Donna has come to us from Macquarie University Career Development Centre Work Experience Placement (WEP) Program.
