The Bradfield Park Wellbeing Centre hosts a variety of Mental Health and Wellbeing programs and services benefiting both care recipients and carers of all ages. Existing as part of consortium (WRAP) it gives a broad opportunity to help and assist those with a mental illness ad their valued carers.

Provides social inclusion and day programs to people with mental health issues at various venues around lower north shore area. Our consumersare 18 years and over and we provide links to support workplace and education requirments ie TAFE outreach.

A Primary and high school setting for students with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. School priorities including developing student independence and empowering students through extending their communication skills. Students enrol from 4 years of age. Cromehurst is a Public School, conveniently located close to Lindfiled train station. Facilities include a heated indoor pool and multiple playgrounds.

Flintwood Disability Services enhances the opportunities of people with disabilities to have a varied and fulfilling life within the community.

Flintwood Disability Services is a not for profit organisation responsible for supporting young adults with a disability when they have finished school. Flintwood provides Community Participation, Transition to Work, Post School Options as well as many other programs. Flintwood is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.

The GMCT Transition Care Network aims to improve the processes for young people with a chronic illness /disability transitioning from paediatric to adult health services.

Karonga Schools caters for students (K-12) with intellectual disability, physical disabilty, challenging behaviour and/or autism. The school caters for individual learning needs and focuses on developing independent living skills for the students. The development of vegatable gardens to produce ingredients for the cooking program is a major initiative in the school.

Northcott Disability Services provides more than 70 programs to people with disabilities. Two of these programs assists people with disabilities to gain employment in the open labour market. A transition to work program assists school leavers with a disability to develop the confidence and skills necessary to transition to employment.

Remind is a service of the Schizophrenia Fellowship NSW, and has many years of experience in the provision of quality training & education to community, government, university and corporate sectors. Our specialist training is tailored to meet audience needs, including our workshop called Mental Health Focus on Youth that meets the needs of agencies and schools working with young people. The Day to Day Living in the Community Program (D2DL) recognises that people with a mental illness are often faced with significant challenges when reconnecting to their social and community networks both during and after recovery. The D2DL Program at Ryde offers a friendly and positive environment in which those with mental illness can engage in a drop in facility and support; or activities and groups that encouragesocialisation, development of useful life skill, and educational and supportive groups. Staff at the Ryde D2DL site encourage active participation of members of all ages in activities and groups and encourage engagement of those who drop in.
